TERMS & AGREEMENTS

Please read the following information carefully as it pertains to the services requested on this website.

 

BY USING, VIEWING, OR OTHERWISE UTILIZING THIS SITE, THE SERVICES OR FUNCTIONS OFFERED IN OR BY THIS SITE AND/OR THE CONTENTS OF THIS SITE IN ANY WAY, YOU, THE CLIENT, AGREE TO EACH AND ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF AND LEAVE THIS SITE. IF YOU ARE NOT EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER OR ARE OTHERWISE INCAPABLE OF ENTERING INTO A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF AND LEAVE THIS SITE.

Room For Two may, at any time, in its sole discretion, modify, add or remove all, or portions of, these terms and conditions without notice and, unless otherwise indicated, such changes will be effective immediately; therefore, please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this site and booking submission following any changes to these terms and conditions shall be deemed acceptance of any such changes. Please print and retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

- We currently accept payments through credit or debit card, which can be completed through the emailed invoice link sent to you after your consultation, and Zelle only. We do not accept payment through other 3rd party apps or services, nor do we accept cash payments. Prices are subject to change at any time.

- There are no refunds provided for any Room for Two services, including after the service is complete, under any circumstances. We assure you that every effort in preparing for your special moment, from consultation to set up, will be created to the best of our ability and to the highest standard in order to provide exceptional service.

 

-You may send us any reference pictures you have for your requested service, but please note that we only use these examples as inspiration. We cannot/will not fully replicate your reference photos.

 

- A deposit of 50% of your total service cost will be due at the time of booking confirmation to reserve your date and services. This payment is also non-refundable.

 

 - Your remaining payment balance will be due 24 hours before your scheduled date of service and you will receive a reminder email for this payment a week before your due date. If your remaining payment balance is not received 24 hours before your scheduled date of service, your requested service will not be provided for you and you will not be allowed to re-schedule your service.

 

- Once a payment is fully complete, there will be no additional charges billed to you by Room for Two unless any additional damages are noticed after completing our services and our property is thoroughly assessed.

CANCELLATIONS

- We do not offer refunds for cancellations, but if you need to re-schedule your service, please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled date of service and your initial 50% deposit will be credited to your new booking date. Re-scheduled dates are subject to availability and you must re-schedule within 30 days of your request or your credit will be forfeited. Cancellations requested under 48 hours will not be accepted and your credit will be forfeited regardless of partial or full payment.

 

- In cases of in-climate weather, client may re-schedule within 30 days of bad weather day or your credit will be forfeited. Weather concerns may include, but are not limited to, any severe precipitation, tornado watches/warnings, wind advisories and extreme temperatures. We take weather incidents very seriously and these cancellations will be at the discretion of Room for Two's safety concerns for both coordinator and client.

- Room for Two reserves the right to deny or cancel any bookings due to quality or safety concerns and any unforeseen circumstances.

PROPERTY

- Clients are fully responsible for replacing any lost, damaged or stolen items used during any Room for Two service.

 

- Room for Two is not responsible for any damages made to hotel rooms, airbnbs, private or public residences, venues, restaurants, private property or public property (including outdoor areas) requested to be used by clients during our services as well as any additional charges or fines that may come from these entities due to client negligence, misuse of decorations or decor materials left behind.

- All goods received and accepted by Room for Two to provide services to you, the client, remain the property and risk of the client. The risks, title and liabilities on these goods shall not in any way be with Room for Two. You, the client, agree that Room for Two is under no obligation to take out nor maintain any insurance policy in relation to the goods and services provided. Client shall, at their own cost, provide all risk insurance including, but not limited to, accidents, injuries, allergies, illnesses, fire or property damages. 

 

- Room for Two complies with all city ordinances, laws and property guidelines and expects clients to adhere to these rules and regulations as well. Room for Two is not responsible for any fines a client may receive for not adhering to these regulations or any altercations that may occur due to the client's negligence or disobedience before, during or after all services provided by Room for Two.

 

- We have the right to take audio/video recordings and photos of your booked service for promotional use and publish them on any and all Room for Two social media accounts, websites and other forms of public media channels.

SERVICES

Suites:

- Clients are responsible for booking their own hotel rooms. For the safety of our clients and coordinator, we only provide suite services to AirBnb and private residences on limited exception (i.e. package proposal combinations, owner acknowledgement, etc.) and these booking inquiries are subject to our discretion.

In order for us to begin decorating your room, you must be fully checked in to your hotel prior to our arrival. This includes leaving your credit card on file at the hotel for incidentals. We do not, under any circumstance, provide personal or client credit card information on behalf of clients for hotel reservations.

​

- After you check in to your hotel, you will add our name as a guest so we can obtain a key from the front desk. 

​

- If you are not fully checked in by the confirmed booking time, or if you are meeting your coordinator at the time of check-in to exchange a room key or provide room access, you will have a 30 minute grace period to arrive at the site. Please note that the outcome of your room may be affected due to your tardiness. We have the right to forfeit your service without issuing a refund or a re-schedule date any time after this grace period. However, with appropriate notice, we may be able to move your reservation to a later time, same day.

​

- If you have already checked in before our arrival and have used your room before set-up, please have your room cleaned before we begin our service. We will not proceed with our suite services unless the room is clear and Room for Two is not responsible for any missing or damaged personal items.

​

- Duration of set up can take up to 2-3 hours. We will contact you throughout the setup process and once we have completed our service, the key will be left in the room or returned to the front desk at the hotel's request. There are no clients or guests allowed in the room during our suite set-up process.

​

- Please note that due to the unpredictable nature of helium and air-filled balloons, both foil and latex balloon fullness may fluctuate (and risk deflation) depending on the change in room temperature throughout the day.

​

- For the safety of our clients, per hotel/AirBnb policies, we do not provide real candles or tea lights with any of our suite services. 

​

- We do not recommend rose petal bath or bubble bath add-ons for those with allergies or sensitive skin.

​

- We do not currently offer next day cleaning with our suite services. Room for Two is not responsible for any damages made to your hotel room (AirBnb or residence) or any additional charges your hotel (AirBnb or residence) may implement due to decorations being left behind. Please make sure you carefully clear your room of any decorations prior to checking out of your hotel or AirBnb to minimize this possibility.

Picnics:

- All picnic reservations have a 2 hour duration, unless additional time is purchased at time of booking, and will start/end on your reserved time slot regardless of your arrival time.

​

- Our coordinator will text you with updates on the completion of your picnic set-up to initiate your arrival, but we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your time slot to ensure you get to enjoy your full experience. If you are running over 30 minutes late, your booking will be considered canceled and your picnic service will be forfeited without a refund or re-schedule date.

We kindly ask that you respect the cleanliness of the picnic area and be mindful of keeping shoes off the rugs. Clients are fully responsible for replacing any lost, damaged or stolen items used during their picnic reservation.

​

- Our picnics are specifically designed for 2 guests (unless a double date for 4 is accepted at time of booking). Any additional guests will not be allowed during your picnic service and showing up with additional guests will forfeit your service without a refund or re-schedule date, including children. Exceptions will only be made for infants 12 mos. or younger, with prior notice. Client understands and accepts possible health ansafety risks that picnic set up/accessories may pose and client claims full liability for any accidents or injuries caused to themselves, their children or their guests during our picnic services. Room for Two is not responsible for any accidents or injuries caused to clients, their children or their guests during any picnic service.

- You are allowed to bring your own food and drinks to enhance your experience, but please note that the use of alcohol is prohibited during our picnics. 

 

- In regards to any food and beverages provided or purchased for you by Room for Two and chosen as an add-on with our picnic services, please note that items and ingredients purchased or used for our beverages, charcuterie boards and cakes may include, or have been processed in a facility that uses and/or may contain traces of, wheat, soy, eggs, milk and nuts and we do not offer any vegetarian, vegan or gluten free options or substitutions.

- While we are able to alter food and drink items according to your taste preferences, Room for Two cannot guarantee any health or allergy accommodations to the food and drinks provided or purchased for you. Any items chosen and consumed are at the client's own risk and discretion and we recommend bringing your own food/drinks for any health safety concerns you may have. Client takes full liability for any incidents, accidents or illnesses that occur from consuming any food/drinks provided or purchased for the client by Room for Two, any self brought or homemade food/drinks that a client has purchased or made themselves or any food/drinks purchased by and delivered to the client by a third party during our picnic services.

- If you would like to leave your picnic early for any reason, please contact your coordinator immediately as they will not be on site and you are responsible for the picnic items until your coordinator arrives.

​

- After set-up, your coordinator will not arrive back on site until 10 minutes before your picnic's end time. You will receive communication from your coordinator to confirm that you are ready for your departure so that we may head to the picnic site to begin breakdown process.

​

- Please note that candles provided on table-scapes are strictly for decoration purposes only and are not to be used or lit up by flame at any time.

​

- Room for Two complies with all city ordinances, laws and property guidelines and expects clients to adhere to these rules and regulations as well. Room for Two is not responsible for any fines a client may receive for not adhering to these regulations or any altercations that may occur due to the client's negligence or disobedience before, during and after our picnic services.

​

Proposals:

- Due to the intricate nature of proposal planning, we request a more personal booking experience for this service option to explore ideas, share examples and discuss the different base packages we can build on.

Minimum proposal setup starts at $1100 and varies depending on distance, location type, venue and permit fees.

​

- In addition to proposal set-up, we may assist in coordinating additional services in regards to your proposal for you, including: venues, photography, etc. However, we do not take payments for these additional services on a client's behalf, nor do we confirm booking these additional services for a client. The client takes full responsibility for making payments to these additional services they request as well as seeking out any policy information regarding these services from their respective providers. We can only offer professional suggestions and references for additional services requested to assist in your proposal process during your consultation. Room for Two is not responsible for the execution and outcome of additional services requested by the client from any additional service providers.

- Proposal set-up will take 2-3 hours depending on design. The time confirmed during booking process is your expected arrival time at confirmed location to initiate your proposal. Clients will then have two hours to enjoy pictures and videos with set-up.

 

- Your proposal coordinator will be on site for set-up, duration of proposal and breakdown. Guests are not allowed on site during proposal set-up, but are allowed to join you at your start time, if chosen location permits. Clients claim full liability for any damage to property caused by themselves or their guests during proposals.

 

- Room for Two complies with all city ordinances, laws and property guidelines and expects clients to adhere to these rules and regulations as well. Room for Two is not responsible for any fines a client may receive for not adhering to these regulations or any altercations that may occur due to the client's negligence or disobedience before, during or after our proposal services.
